This website is hosted by 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When visiting the website, IONOS collects and stores server log files and uses the IONOS WebAnalytics service (also known as SiteAnalytics) on our behalf.

3. Newsletter and Email Marketing
This website offers a newsletter to inform interested parties about news, information and offers relating to the topics of this website. Only the email address is required to subscribe to the newsletter (mandatory field). Any additional information is voluntary.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (voluntary consent of the data subject).
Registration is carried out using the double opt-in procedure. After entering the email address, the user receives a confirmation email. The address is only added to the mailing list after clicking the confirmation link.
Storage period: The data is stored for as long as the newsletter is subscribed to. Upon revocation of consent or unsubscription from the newsletter, the data will be deleted immediately, but no later than within three months (unless statutory retention obligations apply).
Revocation / Unsubscription: Consent may be revoked and the newsletter unsubscribed from at any time – without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. This can be done via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or on this subpage. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until then.
Recipient of the data: The newsletter is sent using the service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 Boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Brevo pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data is processed exclusively on servers in the European Union.
Performance measurement (tracking): We refrain from personalized performance measurement (individual open or click tracking).
